Driving Mango’s U.S. Expansion: 46 Stores Delivered in 3 years

Since 2022, our team has played a key role as Owner’s Representatives and Construction Managers in Mango’s ambitious expansion across the United States. We have successfully delivered 46 stores, totaling over 275,000 square feet, in some of the most prominent malls in the country.
At ESPAI Miami, we led the construction efforts and developed a comprehensive bid strategy to meet the client’s ambitious goals in terms of budget and schedule. Our team coordinated closely with both local and international professionals and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
This has been a challenging yet highly rewarding experience. A critical factor in our success has been our prior experience working with other European brands, which has equipped us with the insight to manage expectations effectively and adapt international standards to U.S. construction practices.
