In 2021, Etam selected our team to support the launch of their first U.S. store in Miami, based on our experience with European retail brands.
We partnered with Etam throughout the entire process, including:
• Preparing and submitting permit documentation
• Managing the building permit process
• Leading the GC selection and bid process
• Sourcing local equipment to match French specifications
• Coordinating local and overseas furniture production to control costs
Our comprehensive involvement ensured a smooth and successful store opening, setting the foundation for Etam’s U.S. market entry.
