DESIGUAL : USA and LATAM Expansion

From 2012 to 2015, our team supported Desigual’s retail expansion across North, Central, and South America, delivering 63 stores and department store corners, totaling over 136,000 square feet.
Our responsibilities included:
• Identifying and onboarding local architects and general contractors for each location
• Managing the bidding process
• Overseeing the project from initial corporate design concept to store opening
• Coordinating with local and international vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards, timelines, and budgets
This multi-country rollout required a deep understanding of regional construction practices and a flexible approach to maintain consistency across diverse markets. The result was a successful and rewarding collaboration that delivered high-quality retail spaces aligned with Desigual’s global brand identity.
