Between 2018 and 2020, our team supported Bimba y Lola’s retail expansion across Colombia, Panama, and Ecuador, delivering nine stores in top-tier shopping centers (7 in Colombia, 1 in Panama, 1 in Ecuador), totaling over [8.891 square footage].
We managed due diligence, developed architectural plans based on corporate design standards, construction and in some cases, produced and installed millwork. A key challenge was meeting the brand’s high standards for detail and finish, which we addressed by leveraging our experience with European retail design and construction practices.
